These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any services provided by J-CAM Enterprises, LLC, doing business as CampusCram ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Except as otherwise stated herein, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction pursuant to the Forum Selection provision of these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site and services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations, whether written or oral.
